3. If you have a website please put a code on it or I won't link it. It does not have to be on your main page I just have to be able to find it ;).
4. Please do not have any explicit content on your site such as porn. If you do I will add you to the fanlisting but I will not link your site.
5. Please fill out all of the required fields on the form. (name,email,country)
